Return Policy

At Margot & Wren Boston, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of being placed.

To cancel your order, contact us at info@margotandwrenboston.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

After this 30-minute window, your order may already be processed for fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return it under the terms below once it arrives.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached

  • Trying on an item is permitted, but worn items cannot be returned

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some is not permitted

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping fees or customs charges.

Margot & Wren Boston does not cover return shipping costs.

4. How to Return

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Contact us at info@margotandwrenboston.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. We will provide you with the appropriate return address for our fulfillment partner

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the return meets our eligibility requirements

Please do not send a return before contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Liability

  • Margot & Wren Boston is not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout

  • Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing your order via info@margotandwrenboston.com
